The player will be on a stakeout mission and will have to observe anomalies to understand the spy that is hiding in plain sight. This game is all about observation and deduction, the Reds have taken over the city and the player has to figure out who is the spy amongst his neighbours.

The title of the game pretty much explains the plot, the players will take up the role of a Surgeon and perform a surgery on a patient that is in dire conditions. Players are armed only with the weapons they find and power that lies within their fists. Propagation VR is an amalgamation of Horror Survival and Wave Shooting. Players get to choose from 4 different Spider-Man suits from the MCU and have to deal with an undeniable, dangerous enemy waiting to pounce at them. In this game the players get to actually get into the shoes of Spider-Man and use their web shooters to swing around the city and take down the perils faced by it. Who knew that swinging through the city of New York can be so much fun, almost everybody.
